PLEASE HELP
Large cast iron piece marked "Golden Star" across the front.
This has holes on the flat back for hanging. There are 2 hinged doors on the bottom and 1 hinged door on the top center with opened slat like areas in the front.
This piece was found in an abandoned farmhouse in southern Wisconsin but there are no other marks or explanations to the use or to the maker.
No one is able to tell me what this was used for or how it was used, or the age.
I have paid a few "experts" for information without any results.
