PLEASE HELP
chest/trunk has dovetail joints with hand made iron nails and two hand made iron interior hinges. Interior lock without strap across top or any other part of the chest. Has the following on the top:
Ocs: Jonnson 1316 Davi Str.
Evanston, ILL
N. Amerika
all in cursive writing
on the left hand side looking at the chest has a shipping lable that has been torn. From what I can see it has on the bottom of label from left to right:
The Cunard Steamer, Liverpool, N. America, Boston
next line up says:
B.L. Davis, Paragon Station
