This 3 1/2 lb is like an anchor around my neck!

Hey everyone, thanks for letting me on board. I found this Padlock in my grandfathers shed. It weighs approximately 3 1/2lbs and the key has I’m guessing a 6 wheel truck as it’s marking. I really would appreciate the help in this mystery. Everybody in the family wants to chime in but no one has anything to back up their guesses. Lock and Key work perfectly and my Grandfather was an old Southern Pacific RR engineer. Thanks for any help!

I don’t think it’s a Southern Pacific RR padlock. It looks foreign to me, maybe Russian. I would estimate its value in the $10-30 dollar range.
