green apple leaf tea set -source unknown

I have found this very set on the internet several years ago and seem to remember it was listed as limoges and was referred to as apple leaf.
I have tried but could not find it again today.

Can anyone identify this for make and designation, and possibly issue year?
If you can attach an informed value to this, I would appreciate it.
I have the tea pot, milk and sugar, 5 cups and 6 plates in mint condition. There is no manufacturer stamp anywhere on the set.
As far as I know, this is European make, probably early 1900s, possibly older. I obtained it from grandparents in Belgium who received when they were married.
