It’s an old vintage brass candle holder stamped ‘Accurate’ ‘2082’ with a glass door knob I the base of the stand.

I’m not convinced it’s a candle holder…I think it might be candy dish. However, I was unsuccessful in finding the same old candle holder/candy dish, but this is the closest item I could find:

Based on this one item, I would estimate your old brass with glass accent candy dish/candle holder is worth between $15-20 dollars.
