Can anyone help on the value of this sculpture? 21″w x 16″h. Believed to have been on display in the Minneapolis Art Institute

It is really small and almost impossible to get a pic. the bottom is hollow and on the back left in tiny block print it says ” MODERN ART FNDRY. N.Y.” and on the back right it says “H. HELLER”
