    Checking to see how all of this is I picked it up at an antique booth for my mom for Christmas just wondering how old it. The balloon part is made of almost like a Papier-mâché I think

    Hi,
    Based on what I have seen sell at auction I would say this is early 90’s. How big is it and are there any identifying marks.
