ParticipantBrown over brown drip glazed jug, ovoid form, 10-inches height, 7-inches diameter. glaze scuff under handle, no other damage, similar to mid-Hudson River Valley work but I lean toward 19th century French tableware. Any information is appreciated

KeymasterI’m not sure the origin of your antique stoneware jug, but it reminds me of NC or SC stoneware. Here’s a similar piece from NC:
I would estimate the value of antique brown drip glazed stoneware jug in the $300-1000 dollar range, based on the above and below links:
