KeymasterBlack Starr and Frost is the oldest continuously operating jeweler in the United States. They merged with the Gorham Corporation in 1929, so your piece is from 1929 or later since it has the Gorham name on it. I would estimate your sterling silver Black Starr and Frost silver plate to be worth between $300-800 dollars.

KeymasterI think your silver plated jewelry box would be worth between $50-150 dollars.
