Tout En Bois Doll in Chemise


Tout en Bois Bebe 17 inches it dates to 1900 the doll is an all wooden doll made in Germany for the French market. The doll is fully jointed, with blue glass sleep eyes, painted lips. She has the original brunette mohair hair wig. She has some scuffs to the paint and the cheek blush has been touchup. She is in an original white chemise. She has old white socks and shoes, white slip and pantaloons. The doll has no other repairs or repainting.

Swiss Wood Doll She is a wonderful all original Swiss Linden Wood doll. She is 10 3/4 inches tall and in pristine condition. The body is all wood and fully jointed. The hair is beautifully carved, comb strokes that spiral into a bun in the back. The face has beautiful coloring. The costume is in beautiful bright condition it is all felt with colorfull ribbons decorations, brocade apron, and the original straw hat with flowers, she has painted black shoes. Beautiful doll in pristine condition.

This little girl is dressed in a dark green cotton jumpsuit with a ruffled collar and a ruffle on each arm and leg cuff. Sophie is designed by Peggy Dey, is a Limited Edition of 3600, comes with her COA, hang tag, and wears a heart charm engraved with Peggy Deys initials around her wrist. NOTE: This doll comes with a plain ruffled pillow, NOT the one in the photo. The tissue paper in the box is fragile and is torn, but the doll has never been displayed or played with. She is directly from the Ganz Company and would make a great Gift.

Doll Case, Metal in blue and white, Cass Toys


Doll Accessories Cass Toys, Metal Doll Trunk in blue and white. It is a nice, heavy type of a doll case with the metal corners and latch with the painted sides in blue and white. The inside has a paper type lining with star burst and it has a rod for hanging doll clothes. There is a little wear but really not bad as we believe this to be from the 1950-60s. There is a spot on the bottom of the right side that does not appear to come off. The outside has some scratches and a little wear. It is 12 inches high, 6 inches wide closed and 6 inches deep. A wonderful carry case for your doll and her attire as found.

The doll has brown glass set eyes, the original blond mohair wig, the doll is wearing the original white underwear and dress. Dolls like her were made by Schilling or Dressel. She dates to 1880. The doll is in wonderful condition.

Paper Dolls Paper Dolls, Betsy McCall sets of three. There is a sheet of Betsy McCall from Switzerland marked, copyright 1969, Betsy McCall from Holland marked copyright 1969 and Betsy McCall Visits Pollyana copyright 1960. These were published in the McCall magazines published by the McCall Corp. The last one has a fold in the sheet and some edge damage as shown in the pictures. A wonderful set to find.
