In our opinion, because the fonts, font holders and related safety features like the Smoke Bell and the Chimney Collar among the brackets and springs and The rest, we used what we could and replaced what we had to. Pair Old RR Car Candle Lamps. 2 double sconces
A great pair of antique railroad wall double candle sconces. These lights and others like them likely once hung on the walls of some passenger car back in the early days the Railroad. These candle lamps made perfect night lights for passengers on a train, trying to sleep as steel wheels grab and pull over the iron tracks....DIMENSIONS: lamps measure 15 inches tall and a little under 12 wide. The glass chimneys are in excellent condition. The brass frames show some light bumps & bruises from normal wear and tear, but they still look great. Candles rest on top of a spring, which can probably be adjusted, but Im not sure how.Just like they did a hundred years ago, these old railroad sconces burn with a warm, soothing glow.
