C & O Railroad Water Can

This is a scarce railroad water can used by C & O Railroad! It measures 11" tall and 9" in diameter. It has a lid, spout and wood & wire handle. Condition is excellent for age and use with some normal use dents. It shined up nicely and appears to be made of tin. The lid fits snugly and the interior is very clean. Marked "C & O RY" for C & O Railway. An excellent railroad collectible!    



This 3.5 in. square magnifying glass paperweight is dated 1883-1958. 75th Aniversary Soo Line Railroad. In very good condition. Collecting railroad or Soo Line memorabilia? This is a great addition.   


B&O Railroad Shenago China Plate 1927 Mint Flow Blue Trains

B&O Railroad Shenago China Plate 1927 Mint Flow Blue Trains Shenago Railroad China in Flow Blue Manufactured Year 1927 marked on the back 1827-1927. Heavy Plate decorated with all kinds of different Locomotives dating back to 1830 along with the first Stone Laid for the B&O Railroad in inset bottom front July 4, 1828. The inner circle displays Harpers Ferry, West Virgina. So much history on this plate you could look at for an hour. Mint condition, no chips, cracks, crazing, or marks. Great piece of Railroad China with lots of character.    



A dish from the Chesapeake and Ohio Lines Railroad. Measures 7 x 3 in. In excellent condition. Marked George Washington Railroad. Original Predecessor company founded by George Washington 1785.Bottom stamped Buffalo China. This dish haas a slot that could have held business cards? matches? No nicks, chips, etc.   


Cast Iron Porcelain finish Spittoon

This is a cast iron cuspidor or spittoon that has a porcelain finish. Gray textured on the exterior, smooth inside. 8.75 in diameter and 5.25 in. tall. In good, displayable condition. This was purchased near the railway yards, now more or less dismantled, in Brainerd Mn. It has been bottom marked Property Northern Pacific Railroad Brd. Minn. Not completely sure if this mark was applied by the Railroad or a previous owner. Still a great spittoon.   


Eco-Lite Lantern

A handled lantern marked Eco-Lite Economy Electric Lamp Co. Stands 12.5 in. tall. Uses 6 V. battery. 2 clear lights on the the bottom and One red light on the side. Marked Pat. applied for. The bottom diameter measures 6.5 in. Not marked railroad but was used by the railroad.    



This vintage lantern is the type used by railroads, but this one does not have a railroad mark.Its 9.5 in. tall plus the handle and the base is 6 in. diameter. In good usable condition. The Red globe or chimney insert is a bit unique. Marked on the top, New York, Dietz, Vesta. Patented May 4-20, Nov.?-27,, Apr 3-28, Dec 25-28 S-11-51.    


Railroad Platform Step Wooden

This rare railroad platform step is an awesome piece of history. It looks to be that there was once writing on the front but cant make it out. I dont know if it shows up on the picture below or not. Collection of Railroad Switch Keys

Offered is a collection of (5) Brass Railroad Switch Keys. Keys are from the B&O, Southern Pacific and another Railroad Im unfamilar with (CC or GG or CG--hard to make out the initials) All Keys are in very good condition. As shown in the photos both sides of the Keys have markings. A nice addition to any Railroad Key collection. Buyer to pay shipping & insurance.

The Broadway Surface Railroad Company. City County and State of New York, United Stats of America. $ 1000Issued on July 1st 1884. Signed by the J. H. Richmind as president and by H. Bird as Treasurer.Very decorative engraving with town view and horse tram, small vignette with Indian at left top, eagle with wings spread out and patriotic shield at left lower side. Ornate border.Embossed seal.Size: 15.5 x 10 inches. The Broadway Surface Railroad was operated by the Broadway and Seventh Avenue Railroad. It was chartered in 1880 since cable operated boomed in Manhattan. The inaugural run for Broadway Surface Railroad came 1895, five years later.EF condition.
