Vintage 1925-48 WWII era CASE KINSFOLK fixed blade #330 3 1/2 Hu

A WWII vintage Kinfolks knife. 3 1/2" blade, 7 1/4" overall. Leather handle, aluminum guard and aluminum pommel. Tang marked, Kinfolks USA 330-3 1/2. Comes with leather sheath.
Handle, blade and pommel are all solid. No rust or pitting. Small chip in blade backside near tang. Tooled sheath shows wear on edge. Please take the time to look at all pictures, they are part of the description. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask before bidding.

I have found Kinfolks to be a fascinating historical portion of good old USA knife history. Kinfolks was started to provide straight razors and fixed blade knives to cousins Russ Case at WR Case and Tint Champlin at Cattaraugus Cutlery. Jean Case Cutlery Co. knives were actually Kinfolks seconds, with minor blemishes, sold as an economical alternative.

What a nice example of the WWII era fixed blade knives produced by Kinfolks! Don't let this one get away.
