This particular piece is older than any other I have seen. What is most intriguing about it is the 100+ little nails inside the wood, providing function as part of the pattern? How were those nails incorporated into the design, as it looks like one piece of wood (minus the handle)? Within the holes along each side sit vertical nails. This item measures 5.5"x5.5" My question here is the possible era and value. Thank you for your assessment.

I have had this for 41 years and it still works. The big top comes off and bags of nuts were placed inside. There is a light behind the carosel which heats up the carosel and it starts to spin inside while warming what is inside the top.It looks like a big circus tent. It is in great condition. Works, spins, lights up. All original. Does anyone know the price I could sell this for?
Thank you

I have what I think is an early version of "the cheats". It is approx 24"H X 24" wide X 10" and weighs 35-40 lbs. I am not 100% on the makers mark. This is not the common piece seen around the internet. I have put over 100 hours into researching this piece and have not come across this particular one anywhere. I know this piece was purchased in the early 50's at an antique shop near Baltimore. I am looking to see if anyone can help me identify this piece and put a value to it. Thanks.

I have a Hubley cast iron sleigh with santa and 8 reindeer. It is cast iron. No paint on this set. Missing one set of antlers and needs to be put together correctly....out side of that it is in great condition. This has been in my family for many years. I have only found several with 2 reindeers and some are painted. Unfortunately it has been hard to get information on a big set like this set. As you are well aware Hubley is from my home city. The santa is a bit different then the santa in pictures. He is solid with no paint and has a peg that sits in hole of seat the fits into the sleigh. Every thing appears to be original. I can't read the number on the seat. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Would like to know its worth and if i should invest in having it repaired...Thank you. Wendy

I have been searching for several years to find information on the Rosenthal
China I received from my Grandmother when she passed away. No one that I have spoken with has ever seen the pattern. I am trying to find out when it might have been made and value. It is a 12 place setting set with all the different size plates, platters, serving bowls, cups, etc.
The pattern on back of the plate is called Troubadour.
I really appreciate any guidance.
I sent replacements.com a picture and they have it on their web page. They had not seen it before either.

I have a table that I am stumped on as to its origin and the price. This table is 30 1/2 inches tall and the top of it is 35 1/2 inches wide but goes out wider. It is a dark brown wood with bird and flower carvings all over the table. No markings but yellowed old paper that has the letter d on one paper and c on the other paper. It appears to be very old. The only thing I have found close is a Japanese Meiji table.

1955 seven star Las Vegas Sheriff's Deputy Mounted Posse Badge with the name "Harold Ballinger" and the # 45 on it. Mr Ballinger was a distant uncle to me and this was passed down to me from my mother. Mr. Ballinger and his posse were involved in the 1955 attempted recovery of a secret military cargo aboard an Army C-54 that crashed atop Mt Charleston near the Nevada Test Site. Detail of this recovery attempt along with all the names of Mr Ballingers posse members involved can be seen at the website below.

We have come across a Florence Stove Company Floor space heater, smaller in size and box shaped. It is white porcelain/enamel, with vents on the top in two columns. Believe it is portable as there is a handle on each side. The door in the front opens left to right and says Florence above it in Cursive. There is a knob below the door with open on one side and close on the other. On the back is a curved brace to hold the cylinder which we also have that held the kerosene. The cylinder says authorized in New York City only. We have searched for hours online and can not find this model (model # CB1A 1) We have also shown it to the local Antique store owner and contacted several local appraisers which none have been familiar with this item.

I purchased this item in a thrift store and would like more information on identification and value. The item is 10 inches long by approximately 1 1/2" in diameter.
One end is removable and is attached by a chain to an eyelet on the base. There do not appear to be any hallmarks. The blue material appears to be glass. Suggestions as to its function/use have been an incense holder or a decorative scroll holder used in Jewish homes. I have no idea of age.

I have a 1979 Pabst Blue Ribbon Beer belt buckle. It states that it is 1979 vintage, limited edition with a serial number 107. It was made by the Great American Buckle Company. Great American responded to an email by telling me all they could disclose was that it was from 1979 and was made to order by Pabst or someone who aquired a liscense from Pabst. Pabst replied that they had no corporate historian and had no information. I have found others similiar, but nothing identical to it. I have pictures but see no place to attach them
