PLEASE HELP

When my mom passed away a few years ago, I found these in a box of hers. I only know what I've been able to look up. One says, "QUIS SEPARABIT MDCCLXXXIII". It has a 3 leaf shamrock, with a crown on each leaf. The shamrock is on top of a red "X" with a white background.Under the motto it is a sky blue color. The next says, "HONI SOIT QUI MAL Y PENSE". This badge features a transparent red cross, diagonal stripes, in the center is a tiny star with 8-12 points. The outside of the cross is silver, also with diagonal stripes etched in.The motto is above navy blue color & there is a symbol of something on the badge area above where the motto begins. And the last is the "NEMO ME IMPUNE LACESSIT" BADGE. This is a gold emblem with what I assume is a Scottish Thistle in the center. (It looks like a fat pineapple with wheat.) The background here is dark green. The pin to one is gone but I believe I still have it. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance! -Mary
