PLEASE HELPI have a LE Smith glass pink iridescent basket with no chips or cracks. Excellent condition, almost 9" high (including the height of the handle), 7" across through the middle. Hi Deb, Your LE Smith Glass Basket looks like a piece form the 60's or 70's. The company is still in business today. In 1975 the company was purchased by Owens-Illinois, Inc. of Toledo, Ohio, a glass container manufacturer. Smith continued to operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary. L.E. Smith Glass Company was acquired by William Kelman in 2005 and is now known as Smith Glass Co.. I would estimate your basket between $15 to $30. Thanks, |
