Old Yellow Antique Chair tag says Prestige Furniture Company. Its in nice shape just has some dirty fabric.

Your chair appears to be from the 1950's or 1960's.
They usually sell in the $150-250 dollar chair in good conditon. Your chair might need to be reupholstered, but its hard to tell from the photo and that will affect value.
