PLEASE HELP

I have a set of 12 fruit knives that were made for and sold by Bailey Banks and Biddle of Philadelphia. They have Mother of Pearl Handles, the bolster is stamped STERLING, each measures 6 1/2" and the blade is approx. 3 1/4". I can't find any markings on the blades so I don't know if they are sterling, steel or silver plate but some of them show some slight bluish discoloration and fingerprints. They show very little use and no sharpening. The original case is in excellent condition. There is a swivel clover shape clasp. Each leaf of the clover has a "B" on it. This set has been in my family for years but I am not sure if it was my grandmother's or great grandmother's. Could you tell me when this set was sold by B,B & B. What the blades are made of and approx value. Thank you.
