PLEASE HELP
Beautiful Limoges vase, about 9 inches tall, hallmarked on base with Limoges trademark. Has official seal of Interpol on both sides and the phrase "With the compliments of Khoo Boon Hui President of Interpol. I have been unable to determine its history but I have 2 theories. Unfortunately, both of my suspected recipients are totally inaccessible. One theory actually involves a famous serial rapist and murderer. Any thoughts on the value or a means of determing the providence would be appreciated.
