PLEASE HELP

By all I can find online this is a late 1700s Navaja folding knife,67cm long open,35cm closed. The metal in the handle is steel other than most others I have seen look to be a brass alloy. I have not seen any this long or with the stag horn base. The blade is a little loose and has a rough spot and there is a small crack in the metal at the point where blade folds.
