PLEASE HELPInformation is very limited. This painting was left behind by a tenant. It appears to be a oil painting very beautiful. measurements are 35.5 x 23.5, 44 x 32 with the frame. The fram is solid wood and seems to have aged very well. There's a little rip in the upper right hand corner. Could be at least 50yrs old? There's a signiture in the lower right hand corner (Liggio).
