PLEASE HELP

It's a New Zealand centennial exhibition 1940 bowl. It looks abit like a dog bowl of today. It's cream coloured with a brown print of a tall building with 3 flags on top of it and two big walk ways running through it with a row of small trees between them. there are lots people walking on both walk ways. There's several other small buildings attached to the tall one and there are several more flags around it. it has a stamp on the back with trade mark ducal crown ware. It's brown as well. then there's a greeny stamp that says made in england.
