PLEASE HELPIt is a ceramic figure of a small kitten peering into a red boot. A turtle is poking its head out of a hole in the end of the boot. On the top is a painted on, script that reads "Windsor Canada" with a small flourish underneath. On the sole of the boot, Made in Occupied Japan is stamped. Unsure about age. Condition: fair.
