PLEASE HELP

I HAVE A ROGERS, SMITH & CO.MERIDEN CT, LATE 1800S one of a kind, SILVER HANGING WALL PLATE . I NEED TO KNOW IF POSSIBLY DESIRABLE TO COLLECTORS. THE BRIGHT RED PATINA PROCESS, WHICH IS THE OUTER RING, WASNT KNOWN TO BE USED FOR YEARS AFTER MY PLAQUE, makes it one of a kind,. IT IS TWO PIECES : THE BRIGHT RED PATINA OUTER RING IS MARKED WITH THE ABOVE PLUS QUADRUPLE 9904 (the number 4 has a number 5 over); IT HAS A RIBBED PATTERN. THE CENTER PIECE IS ATTACHED TO IT WITH 3 NUT AND BOLT TYPE FASTNERS ITS A RAISED DESIGN OF TWO VERY DETAILED BIRDS AMONGST BRANCHES . IT ALSO HAS A WIRE WITH OVAL RINGS ATTACHED TO THE BACK FOR HANGING ON THE WALL. ITS A PERFECT PIECE THANKS FOR ANY ADVICE ON VALUE OF PIECE email me at RAREONEOFAKIND@HOTMAIL.COM
