PLEASE HELP
Hello,
This lamp is 35 inches tall it has brass decorative pieces and the rest of the lamp seems to be some sort of metal , although the beige colored part does not seem to be painted on. on the bottom i see what might be a number on the metal that is a bit rusted being 8 1 1 . it is a bit heavy . it has the original felt but not attached at the moment it also has what a small squared paper with what might be an inspection number. any help would be great.
