PLEASE HELP

1947 Ed Roo's Company Sweetheart Cedar chest. Got it from a friend and would like to sell to earn a little extra cash. It was purchased for 250 dollars as stated by the genuine certificate on the inside. I've seen online people are saying it's junk, but it is very nice!

It didn't cost $250 it was guaranteed for up to $250 worth of clothes, in case of moth damage. From what I've gathered, depending on style and condition, they can sell for $100-$350.
